How to place an order?

Step 1

After selecting an item you wish to purchase, click the “Add to cart” button. The selected item will be added to your shopping cart. Click “Proceed to checkout” or the “Shopping cart” icon in the top right corner of any page to visit your cart and adjust quantities or remove items. You can also continue shopping and return to the cart later.

Step 2

When you are ready to complete your order, click “Proceed to checkout” in the shopping cart.

If you already have a ClockMe account, log in with your email address and password. Your billing address and other information will be filled in automatically.

If you do not have a ClockMe account, click “Continue as guest” and fill in the requested information. (In the next step you will have the option to create an account and save this information for future orders.)

Step 3

Select a delivery method. The options will vary depending on your location.

Step 4

Select a payment method. Various options will be provided.

Step 5

On the final page you can review your order one last time and read our general terms and conditions before confirming the order. When ready, click “Place order”.

Step 6

After placing the order, you will be redirected to our payment service providers, where you will be guided through the final steps. After your payment is processed, you will be redirected back to https://www.clockme.eu. We will send you an order confirmation email and will start processing it.

Availability check

All our products are shipped from a central warehouse. To help you plan your order, we use simple status symbols that show the availability level of items in real time.

ClockMe availability symbols:

  • Green – The item is in stock and ready to ship!

After placing your order

After you submit your order, we reserve the available items you have purchased. If some items are out of stock, we will hold your order until they arrive and then ship all items together. If the out-of-stock item is delayed longer than expected, we will contact you and ask how you would like to proceed. We can do one of the following three things:

  1. Cancel the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items immediately.
  2. Ship the available items now and send the out-of-stock item as soon as it arrives.
  3. Cancel the entire order.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, refuse acceptance at the door. The courier will return the order to us, after which we can cancel it and issue you a refund.

Creating a ClockMe account

Creating your account

When you place an order at https://www.clockme.eu, you have the option to create an account to save the billing and delivery information you have entered for future orders. In addition to speeding up the checkout process, your account offers the following benefits:

  • Order tracking and order history
  • Multiple saved billing and delivery addresses

Accessing your account

You can log into your ClockMe account at any time by clicking the “My account” icon in the top right corner of any page. All information from your account is automatically encrypted.

Updating account information

To update the information in your account, log into it at any time.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, click the link on the login screen. Enter your email address and we will send you a link through which you can reset your password.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience and never charge transaction fees.

Credit cards

You can pay for your order at ClockMe with one of the following credit cards:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard

During the checkout process we use a secure SSL connection, so your card details are fully protected. After you enter your information, we will communicate with your card issuer to process your payment smoothly and securely.

SEPA Debit

You can also pay via SEPA Debit. Our payment system sends an automatic request to your bank, which processes and approves the payment.

PayPal

When paying via PayPal, depending on the payment method set in your PayPal account, the amount may be withdrawn from your available balance, linked bank account, or card.

Payment security via SSL

Your privacy and protection are extremely important to us and we make great efforts to ensure the security of your information on our site. To protect your information during the ordering process, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a standard protocol for establishing a secure connection between computers on the Internet.
